Installation

Dot Supreme is available on the Chrome Store, to get the bot join the group provided in the email you have received after your purchase. Go to the link provided in the group and download the bot. Now head over to chrome://settings/people and sign in to chrome with the account used for the purchase of the bot.

Usage

Item settings / keywords

Using keywords the bot will go to the product page and add to cart any item with matching keywords. You can use the example settings to test this feature out yourself. Supreme has recently started to mess with the item names (keywords) as a countermeasure against bots due to them doing this we recommend only using keywords if you are at your computer using the bot. Separate keywords using spaces, i.e, "box logo hooded." Do not use any ","'s or +"+'s. 

Autocop

You will be using autocop for every regular drop, you can use autocop by itself or use the timer feature with it if you are AFK or if you are running multiple instances of the bot. We recommend setting up the timer either spot on or 3-5 seconds before the drop, don’t worry if the drop isn’t on the exact time you entered for the timer, the bot will keep refreshing every 1s until it recognizes the new items.

Restocks

Using the ‘Restocks’ mode is simple, you paste the product url in the provided field and let it run in the background, I recommend using the following settings for ‘Item Settings’:
‘Category’ should be the same category as the item you are looking for to restock.
Use the provided product name on the product page, in case supreme decides to change the product name or has not changed it back to normal use the ‘any’ name.
‘Color’ should be the same as the color provided on the product page or ‘any’
‘Size’ could be ‘any’ if you don’t care about the size you are buying or you could select a size if you only want one size.
We recommend using a refresh delay of 1000-2000ms if you are monitoring 1-2 items, make sure you make the delay longer if you add more items.

Card Declines

Card declines could be caused by your info being banned, your IP being banned or more -- but are categorized into two main bans: normal card decline and T.O.S breach. address bans and your card being banned. If your info is banned from supreme you can buy stuff when the drop is not live, say on fridays but you can not buy when the drop is live. Card declines are often caused by you checking out too fast (using an unreasonably fast checkout delay) or other suspicious activities that could let supreme ‘detect’ you as a bot i.e. too many requests.

Normal Card Decline

This is the most common card decline, and most general checking out error people get. This is because a number of different things can encompass a card decline, including IP ban, info ban, address ban, etc. However, the most common reason for a normal card decline is a simple out of stock error. For some reason, Supreme oftentimes cannot give the proper “oos” errors people might sometimes encounter with a redirect to their basket. When accepting thousands of requests per second, Supreme sometimes gives a general “card decline” error when there item being requested has already been checked out.

Terms of Service Error

On the other hand, a T.O.S (terms of service) error means you checked out too fast or flagged the error through some sort of suspicious usage. In this case, the usual cause is the former and checking out too fast. This is why all bots recommend and have a “checkout-delay” option, which stops and adds a delay to bots in checking out. The exact time is unknown and is thought to change occasionally, but the current total checkout time Supreme requires is around 5 seconds, and so a 3000 ms checkout delay is recommended on most bots. Checkout delay happens on the last step of checking out on the checkout information page. And so considering finding an item, adding to cart, and getting to the checkout page takes around ~2 seconds at the fastest, and a 3000 ms delay in order to avoid being caught (determined through pure human trial and testing) we get the 5 second or 5000ms total checkout time needed for Supreme.

Make sure you have the chrome remote desktop app installed on your computer, and phone / other devices in case you are AFK and want to change your settings. Q: How do I update the extension?

A: Go to chrome://extensions/ and enable ‘Developer mode’, go to the top of the page and press ‘Update extensions now’. It might take a little moment for a bot update to be pushed out due to it being on the google chrome store so take this in notice if Fresh announces that a new update is live.

Q: How do I know that the bot is working correctly?

A: First off, make sure you are on the latest version. Now head over to http://www.supremenewyork.com/shop/all or http://www.supremenewyork.com/shop/new , now you will see that the sold out products are hidden (image)

Q: My item isn't adding to cart?

A: Make sure when you get to whatever product page, i.e http://www.supremenewyork.com/shop/all/ or http://www.supremenewyork.com/shop/new , you hit the REFRESH page at least once. Then click on the item you want. The item should add to cart. Alternatively, go to the product, and hit refresh if it isn't adding.

Q:What do I do on drop day?

A: Go to http://www.supremenewyork.com/shop/new and keep refreshing the page. Make sure to start on this page ( not http://www.supremenewyork.com/ ). When the item pops up, click on it and it should auto add to cart and take you to the checkout page.

Q: Autocop isn't working and it's taking me to "/shop/all/undefined"

A: Make sure to check your settings (inputting a category correctly), putting in the correct country (you need country for autocop or auto cart to work, not just for autofill), or save your settings after you change something before hitting "start autocop"
